Can’t thank Kataoka Tokyo and NY staff enough for such a nice experience going through buying my engagement and both my now husband and my wedding rings. We first went to the Tokyo store back in 2023 to look at a ring that I thought would want but ended up liking another ring. We came back and went to NY store to make sure I like the ring and my fiancé proposed with the ring in Italy. Then we went back twice to look at our wedding rings and got married with all Kataoka rings! We went through other stores to look at wedding rings before settling on Kataoka and honestly the experiences that we had with Kataoka is on another level. They’re very friendly and professional and will help you from start to finish in timely manner. My emails were answered right away and made the process stress-free and very enjoyable. I want to personally thank Sonoko for her help through all the process. She made all of our visits so pleasant. I’ve received so many compliments on my rings and it really stands out from other generic looking rings. ❤️

Been following Kataoka Ins for a long time and finally had the opportunity to come to New York to see these artworks. As soon as I came in, I was impressed by the very comfortable atmosphere. From the lighting, smell, and display, I can feel the store's careful management. The whole store is like a work of art. Every ring and necklace are very stunning. Kataoka is definitely one of a kind. And, Anis's service is amazing. He carefully helped me understand my ring size, and at the same time shared very interesting ring making stories. Kataoka is absolutely top tier in all regards, from the product itself to the customer service they provide. Sonoko was incredibly helpful and communicative while our ring was being finished and shipped across the world.
