John is extremely personable and straight with you about what you should expect in your diamond purchase. After spending an hour with him we were armed with all the knowledge we could ask for about diamonds and both feel more confident about what we are truly looking for in our ideal ring. Full disclosure, we visited other jewelers after our visit with John and nobody treats you as open and honestly as John does and for the next two days all we could do was talk about our experience in his shop. Not only was the experience truly enjoyable, John also, by far, had the highest quality selection regardless of your budget. While we are still on our Ring journey there is definitely a high chance the best first stop ends up being our last stop too 😉

We decided to visit John and I was sold when I saw pictures of him with his clients, including the NFL, on the walls. While he serves high profile folks, John covered what we needed to know about the ring and what it would take to get it resized as if we were any other client. As it turned out, we needed to get the box changed out since it was cracked, and John shared his expertise describing why the work needed to be done without being pushy. He runs his business with honesty, integrity and patience. He took excellent care of us and you should have seen my fiance's face after it was all done. We'll return to him for our wedding bands.
