I received a prompt email with two substitute options, and both were lovely. Though the choice I made was slightly more expensive, I was told not to worry about it. The pendants are stunningly beautiful. Then, I suggested gift ideas to my husband for myself, and he, too, experienced very personal service. I highly recommend this jewelry company. They obviously take great pride in their work and care very much for their customers.

I immediately contacted the company. They were willing to refund me the money. I asked multiple times for just a replacement or ability to repurchase for sale price as they still had the item in stock but the sale was over. They refused this request as ‘gold has increased since last week’. Since the item was in stock, I’m aware they weren’t out any extra cost to rectify the situation. I’m unsure if the company sent an empty box so they weren’t out the price hike, or if it was a shipper company issue. Either way, they were completely unwilling to rectify the situation.

I sent it back, they tightened it and now I never take it off. I personally like the looks and that is the biggest reason I have it at 5 stars.
