She went above and beyond, meeting with me multiple times to make sure I was completely happy with my choice. Morgan even arranged for samples to be brought into the store so I could try them on before making my final decision. When I needed to get my ring resized, she did everything possible to ensure I had it back in time for my wedding. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful or dedicated person to help me through this process!

I was looking for a pink diamond ring that was made to order so it wasn't in the showroom, but Morgan had samples of other pink diamonds and other rings with the same cut for me to try so l could get a good idea of how it would look on my hand. She was so helpful measuring for my bracelet size even though I wasn't ready to purchase one yet. The ring turned out beautifully and the platinum setting is high quality. I will definitely be back for more pieces in the future!

They didn’t have the exact wedding ring ctw. we were looking at but had various options to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We also purchased the petite diamond tennis bracelet, and it was more spectacular and elegant in person. No sales pressure or pressure for an up-sale during the visit which is a breath of fresh air.
