I brought three necklaces in for simple repairs and cleared out in 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. I wasn’t even charged for one of the necklaces because the repair was so quick and easy. They also let me sit in the shop and wait, and everyone was friendly and kind. I will definitely bring jewelry repairs back here in the future.

It was a Sunday morning and Sang and his staff were fantastic. So attentive and cautious and they were able to remove his ring safely. Great service and expertise.

My husband purchased one for me and paid over 300 dollars, on July 2, 2023. It is now august 8, and the bangle is cracked… I called the jeweler (and was told to send pictures) and unfortunately, they are unwilling to help. They told me I must have hit my wrist on something. When I purchased this bangle, I was told I could put it on and didn’t have to take it off… I never hit my wrist on anything, and if I had hit my wrist hard enough to crack an authentic jade bangle, I would have remembered it. I’m beyond disappointed and saddened by the jewelers blatant disregard and unwillingness to rectify the situation.
