Gillian is not only incredibly talented but kind, sweet and SO helpful. I have had photo printed of a very specific ring of hers on my vision board for about 10 years now. I had no idea who designed the ring just knew that I loved it. I always hoped it would be the ring I might get engaged with. Well sure enough my now fiance used it to propose and even added a little more bling which I love. We decided to reach out to Gillian to see if we could meet with her to help design my wedding band. It was such a wonderful experience trying on rings and chatting with her. She helped us plan the perfect band to go with my engagement ring and even offered to engrave it, which is something I never thought of. She was very knowledgeable about jewlery making and it was awesome to have her expert opinions and suggestions. The whole experience was one I will cherish forever. Thank you Gillian! You rock!

Gillian is such an amazing jeweler. She handcrafted all the rings I'm wearing every single day. My engagement ring, our wedding bands and replaced and redesigned my grandmothers diamonds (middle finger) in such a great process. She took so much time to make sure it'll turn out exactly as I wanted it to be - and even better. She's lovely, so kind and helpful with figuring out what I wanted. Would 100% recommend. Mrs P been after a pearl for a while. She told Gillian what she was after and left her to do her thing. The necklace has exceeded all her expectations. Beautifully crafted, descent turnaround time and a very good price point. All round quality product.

Gillian Conroy is an amazing artist! 10/10 for customer service, 10/10 for workmanship, 10/10 will buy again! My fiancé had purchased an amazing pear rose cut grey diamond from Gillian to propose. I had it resized at a local jeweler but the polish was not the satin matte, sand blasted polish after getting it resized. I emailed Gillian and she was willing to re-polish no charge, just pay for the insured overnight shipping. I had another dilemma. We had purchased a set of wedding bands from another artist but they came out not as expected. To salvage what we already have and paid for, I emailed Gillian about our problem. I needed a band to fit my engagement ring and I needed my fiancé’s band to decrease in width (it almost seems like I had a problem every week lol). In all the dilemmas, Gillian was more than gracious and helpful. She responded to all the emails in a timely manner with great suggestions! I honestly wish we had purchased our bands with her from the beginning to avoid all these problems! She was amazing to work with and I highly recommend her work to others. Thank you Gillian!

It was great working with Gillian! She was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Her studio is very cozy and all of her jewelry is so beautiful and unique. Happy to have one of her pieces to my name now ☺️
