I had passed by here a few times before but finally decided to take a look inside to see if I could find a good anniversary gift for my partner. The owners are very attentive and I could tell they wanted to make sure that I found something that I was happy with instead of just trying to get me to buy whatever it was they had. To be honest I don’t know much about jewelry so I was hesitant to even try something like this but they were very helpful in my first ever jewelry purchase. I’m really happy with this design on my ring and I know my girlfriend is going to love it as well :)

I purchased a bracelet a while back and stopped by a week after to let them know the clasp was misshaped and there was a gap between the hook and spring part. Overtime, I knew this would be an issue but they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. She told me “no one has ever complained about an issue like this”. The lady took out some pliers to mend the clasp back into shape but dented and scratched it all up. I told them I wanted to change the clasp to a new one and they brought one out from a plastic container. They told me it was a new clasp but I knew it wasn’t because it was all scratched and the rhodium was worn off. As a designer, I have a keen eye and I don’t understand how people can gaslight you. I left the bracelet there so they can send it back for repair but I had a strange feeling to go back and retrieve the item back. When I went back an hour later, the lady put my bracelet back into the showcase! What?! If it is going back out for repair, it should have been put into a polybag and put aside. That was suspicious and very odd. After a couple weeks of wearing it, the bracelet became undone and I noticed it was not on my wrist anymore. Luckily, I traced back my steps and found it on the ground. I knew the clasp would be an issue overtime. I went to another jeweler to replace the clasp and when I told him the story and how much I paid for it, he was astonished. He told me the bracelet was not made well and they made the back and front plates of the pendants hollow. He weighed it at 13 grams. He told me the price it should have been and I was ripped off. I will never recommend this place. I just need to find a place that can melt this into gold or sell it.
