Received the Bear Trap ring as a gift and it tarnished bad, really bad. I reached out twice via the concierge email address and no one replied. Then I read the other comments here and have to agree about the quality. You'd think they could at least reply to an email for care regarding their cheaply made products. Truly a shame. The ring is supposed to be silver!
