She then pulled rings across cuts and carat sizes and kept switching them out until we landed on what we really liked. Also, for fun, she brought out a $7M blue diamond and let me try it on…crazy. We felt very welcome and at home looking at different types of rings and learning about the scales of diamonds. Dec 08, 2024 · Steve KKK (Khurshid) is amazing. We highly recommend him if you want to buy a ring. We visited six jewelry stores the same day and De Beers was the last one. We were honestly a little tired of rings after staring at rings the whole day. But KK is so nice. He introduced different rings very patiently and professionally. We eventually decided to buy our engagement ring and wedding bands here. We love them so much!! Thanks KK for all the help.

I visited the Madison Ave DeBeers while on vacation to browse and Khurshid made everything so easy and seamless for me. He took my original ring to be assessed, helped me find a new ring, and then kept me updated with the trade in, resizing, and etc.. I just received my new ring a month later shipped to my home and I couldn’t be happier with my ring. I would recommend working with Khurshid, his customer service is excellent!

When it turned out the size was not accurate to fit, he provided seamless services to help me exchange the ring to a perfect size for me. I will definitely purchase more items from De Beers in the future and recommend to my family and friends.
