Sep 20, 2024 · Big NickI had just went today for my first in-store Chrome Hearts shopping experience. Scheduled an appointment for 5:30 yet was allowed in an hour early. The staff at the door was incredibly nice and my SA Joseph was extremely helpful and an overall great guy. A little disappointing on the lack of stock, such as hoodies and shirts, but eventually walked out with both that caught my eye. Ring selection was very good and the environment was perfect.
Mar 21, 2024 · H6LLYW66DZ!I wasn’t able to get a reservation , but went to door, they added my name to waiting list, and about hr later I was sent a text that I am 2 away and to arrive in 15, when I arrived was greeted by KIWI, and she was great, showed me what was in stock in my size, and then brought them down shortly after. I picked several of the shirts that I liked. Overall she explained and showed me some other item, I had a great experience here, I seen some poor reviews, they probably weren’t going to buy anything anyways…….mine was a pleasant experience, it was almost.closing time on a Sunday. All staff I seen were great and helping all. 20 yrs of wearing CH and first time to NY store .and what a beautiful store it. Look forward to coming here again.

Place looked sick, planning on coming back, unfortunately they didn’t have what I was originally looking for because shipments/variety are very limited. They had a lot of jewelry though and t-shirts. Def gonna visit again soon, West Village is a cute area.

Joseph was super helpful with all my questions during shopping and helped me pick out jewelry and apparel that fit my taste. Chris was also helpful over email helping answer questions about appointment booking and what to expect. Highly recommend this location if you’re a fan of the brand.
