I had the most incredible experience with Luka at Brilliant Earth. From the moment I walked in, he made the entire process of choosing an engagement ring enjoyable and stress-free. Luka's exceptional knowledge of diamonds, settings, and styles helped me narrow down ring options. His patience and attention to detail were truly remarkable, and he took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how small. The whole experience felt personalized and fun, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. Space and showroom were beautiful and easy to browse (with appointment for rings). Luka also sent over a recap of what we went over (including ring size), making the overall process seamless and very transparent (prices and policies). Luka's expertise and warm, welcoming demeanor made this such a memorable experience. I highly recommend Luka and Brilliant Earth to anyone looking for top-notch service and guidance in finding the perfect ring.

This is the second time we have worked with Einav at Brilliant Earth and we are beyond impressed! We had several appointments with her leading up to my engagement ring purchase and we went back yesterday to also purchase our wedding rings. My fiance and I visited Brilliant Earth to look for wedding rings after browsing their website. The store is very neat and every staff member is polite and eager to help. The entire process from choosing the rings, to getting sized for them, to picking them up was smooth and easy. Our consultant, Jacob, was straightforward and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. It was a great experience overall. We had a wonderful appointment with Jacob and were able to find the perfect wedding bands for ourselves. The space was beautiful and had a great selection to choose from; Jacob helped me find a band that went perfectly with my engagement ring, and he also helped my fiance chose a wedding band that suited his style and personality perfectly. I am very happy with how great Brilliant Earth has been through the whole process of getting engaged and now getting married as well! We can't wait to wear these rings for the rest of our lives together.

We had the most amazing engagement ring appointment with Jacob at the Nolita location. The jewelry on display had something for every style. The location is spacious and well thought out. We were taken to a room to look at engagement rings where Jacob showed us various different styles and types of rings. He was very receptive to our feedback and interests and was quick to suggest things in my style. He carefully explained all the details and information that comes with purchasing rings, and we even got a chance to look at their gorgeous selection of bands as well. Brilliant Earth carries timeless classics, as well as intricate and ethereal rings that speak true to their mission and vision. I truly enjoyed my experience with Jacob and at Brilliant Earth, and it was by far the most personalized and detailed appointment I have attended whilst ring shopping. I greatly recommend it!
