This place.... so I walked in to see about purchasing some products for my developing accessory line... I was met with you must show your business license to shop. Now, as a business owner, I know these shops require you to have a business. But don't request my business license as soon as I walk in. Say hello. TF! Needless to say, I walked out and would never do business with them.

Racist. DO NOT SHOP HERE. As a business owner with three boutiques, I've shopped here before and spent $,$$$. The other day on a trip into the city I stopped by and was immediately met with a rude attendant who let me know that they sell wholesale only. I responded that I was aware. Not even five feet into the store, I was accosted by an older asian gentleman who questioned whether I had an actual EIN. Five minutes after that, an asian woman walked up to me and offered to take my backpack because it was heavy, which only had my laptop in it. I quickly let her know that my bag was light and that I had no intention of stealing. The kicker is, I've shopped here before and usually spend $500-2,500 per trip. I ended up purchasing items because I really needed them for my store, BUT I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I'm a wealthy Black woman and if THIS is the treatment I've gotten, I can't imagine what others are experiencing by simply wanting to shop.

WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I was fraudulently charged for an error they made 3 weeks after I placed an order. I was not notifed that they were going to use my card and when I emailed the documation of their error and I called to ask for the refund, I was rudly dismissed, ignored, and hung up on. That is no way to treat a customer. Save yourself the heartache and take your business elsewhere. For a company to charge your account without your knowledge is a company that no one should do business with.

I came into this store one afternoon looking for a decent jewelry vendor because I’m opening an online store. There were customers in the store at the time. First an older man came up to me, who seemed annoyed, and said I need a business number (EIN) to shop there because they only sold wholesale. I said “ok, thank you” and continued to look around. As I was looking around a young woman drops a box in front of me, bends down and proceeds to open this box in my path. I politely said “excuse me” and she popped up and said with a disgusting attitude that they only sold wholesale and I needed to show my EIN number at the door. I was shocked. I just turned around and walked out. Idk if it’s because I’m BLACK why I received this treatment but that is how I felt. I’m sure those white customers were not treated the same. I will never glance at this establishment again. I’ll keep my Black Dollars.

They have beautiful items that I would love to purchase but NEVER again will I order from them. I placed a wholesale order with them March 7 here it is 3-13 and I have still not received any items. I looked on there website to see when will I receive my order and it still states processing. For me to have paid $10 for shipping it should have been express. On top of that when I called the customer service is horrible. I tried to stay polite since I have had many many customer service jobs and no they way it should be done but Im very upset. If it wasn't for this I wold continue to order from them but Im and DONE with this bootleg company. And when asked when should I be receiving my order the woman stated either this week or next week. What kind of mess is that. She siad becuz she has other orders, well if you cant handle it maybe you should go into another business
