Artisan Carat

Would leave zeros starts but cannot. Ordered a pair of earring for my daughter’s birthday. Was told three days after purchase that I was not charged the correct price and would be charged an additional $75. Their prices are not accurate and when you make a mistake you honor your prices, which they do not. Will not be doing business with them again.

All I can say is I am so pleased with my gorgeous peridot anniversary ring. There was a slight mix up, but it ended up being a great one. Amazing customer service from Dan for the tiny error. I am in love with my new ring. It is dainty and perfect for a minimalist like myself. I plan on ordering a ring for my partner, in addition to some other pieces of jewelry. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to add a new piece of jewelry to their collection.

I bought this at 18 years old now I’m 20 and it looks like the same day as when I bought it I will be buying from here again I would give this 10 stars if I could. I bought a gold The world is yours necklace and it still in very good condition I where’d it almost every day for 2 years. I got the 18 inch chain

I received the Artisan Carat Tiara silver set as a gift, ordered online by parents overseas and I loved it! All items: the necklace, the earrings, the ring and the bracelet were beautiful and designed to go well together. The workmanship is excellent judging by the details and a highly polished finish. A nice touch was also a microfiber cloth for cleaning, and a disposable face mask (very timely present!) that Artisan Carat added. The customer service is also top notch! My bracelet turned out to be too large. I called Artisan Carat and one of the staff members answered right away and instructed me how to send back the piece and mark the desired bracelet length for resizing. The whole proces was super smooth! I received the item back just within 1 week, and this included the time mailing out the item vis USPS, the time for resizing and the time for shipping the resized item back to me via USP.

I originally saw this necklace on Instagram and ordered it from a different website. I waited more than a week for them to tell me they didn’t even have it in stock. Lucky for me though, because I found Artisan Carat! I can shop comfortably knowing their jewelry is ethically sourced. Shipped the next day and just couldn’t be more pleased. Also came with its own jewelry box, dust cloth & bag, a disposable mask, a magnet, and their own reusable bag ❤️ Looking forward to making another purchase!
