It has ruined the brand for me, which I had previously enjoyed for almost a decade. I bought an item online, and even though it was sold out, somehow I was charged. Nepo Baby reached out and suggested that ANNA could make a custom order in this case since they mixed up their inventory. Then followed months of poor communication. I called and emailed for updates and received no response. Even reaching out to general support lines gave zero result. Now, four months later, Nepo Baby has called to say that after trying their best, ANNA actually cannot complete my order and they have refunded the money. That's it, no other alternatives, nothing. The extremely poor communication throughout this process demonstrates a complete lack of consideration and integrity, at odds with their claim to have "attention to detail and genuine care for our customers". In the name of whatever you hold dear, prospective customer, go someplace that respects your time and actually appreciates your business.

I love their cord bracelets with a charm that make up a very subtle jewelry. Will be back at some point to maintain mine.

Staff inside of the meatpacking store are pretentious and standoffish, and all relations online are awful. I sent in a pair of earrings 8 months ago for repair for my girlfriend. After 8 months, I have received 2 wrong pairs of earrings and horrendous responses from the customer care team. The owner needs to get a grip and treat people with respect. Don’t buy from here. Beauty isn’t worth this type of treatment.

A lot of times I called to store and never answered the telephone… two days ago at least one employee answered and he told me that it has a problem with my order… (they never called me back for let me know… ) he told me that he was going to send again my package and send and email with new tracking number… I have never received anything… this is a very bad service for a expensive products
