My fiancé and I had an incredible experience working with Lauren at ADA Diamonds. From our first meeting, Lauren made us feel at ease and was always responsive to the many questions we had. We couldn’t be happier with the ring and would recommend Lauren and ADA to everyone!

We had such a great experience working with Teresa at Ada Diamonds to pick the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée! Prior to landing at Ada we had done a lot of searching at other well rated jewelers in NYC, and we saw many lab round diamonds that were graded really highly across the 4 C's, but in person we found them to be somewhat underwhelming. When we came across Ada via Reddit (their founder is very active there, u/LindsayAtAdaDiamonds/), we were intrigued at their claims of knowing how to filter between cheap, grey, cloudy labs made with rushed processes (but that still technically get graded high on 4 C's) and actual good looking labs, so we decided to give them a chance. It turns out that it wasn't just marketing! Our "Diamond Concierge" Teresa noted down that we had seen some "sad" round diamonds prior to coming to Ada, and when she came back with some stones to show us, we were blown away by the difference. One of them in particular really sparkled the whole rainbow just like you'd expect it to, and so that's the one we chose. After we picked out the stone, Teresa was super accommodating in working with us to customize my partner's ideal setting. Communication was always super prompt and informative the whole way along, and Teresa was *never* pushy with us, which we did feel from other places we had visited. In the end my partner ended up loving her ring, and there's nothing we would change about it, which is a huge sense of comfort for this large and long term of a purchase. It's worth noting that we did admittedly feel that Ada charges a slight premium over competitors for the similarly graded stones and setting, but we feel strongly that the difference in quality control of the stones as well as the level of service made that premium worth it for us. Thank you so much Teresa and the rest of the Ada Diamonds team for helping us find the perfect ring! We highly recommend coming here if you want a minimally stressful, maximally blown-away-by-beautiful-diamonds ring shopping experience! :)

From the first consultation all the way to receiving the diamond ring, Julia was professional, insightful, patient, and quite funny as well! Finding the right ring for your special someone can be a bit nerve wrecking, however, Julia made it the exact opposite - exciting, fun, and easy. Through her advice as well as receptiveness to feedback, I was able to pick the design that I knew my fiancée would love the most. Thanks for everything Julia! If you’re looking for a place to find the perfect ring for your partner, then Ada Diamonds is the place to go. You’re doing yourself a disservice by not considering this place, at the very least. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

We had the most amazing experience with Ada Diamonds and specifically, Teresa. My partner and I wanted to go through the process together and since we are both women, we weren’t sure exactly how the process would go. Teresa walked us through every step and was available for all questions we had. She is passionate about her job and extremely educated. She became our partner in it and we wouldn’t have ended up with our perfect rings without her. We couldn’t be happier with how our rings turned out. They are stunning and exactly what we wanted. Our experience with Ada Diamonds and Julia, our Diamond Concierge was perfect to say the least. Finding someone we can trust to design a custom ring for an indecisive person like me sounded like a daunting task. The process with Ada however, was quick, seamless and fun! My fiancee started by filling out a form listing our budget and the shapes/band/setting I was interested in. Next, Julia reached out via email with a few diamonds including specs, cost and images. We then had a video consultation to review what to expect at our first visit as well as realistic timelines. We went in the following Saturday and to view my top choices while Julia got to know us. I felt so comfortable and even picked my diamond/paid my deposit during that first visit. Julia then helped us design the setting and was extremely helpful in recommending band width to prevent having to reset the ring in the future. During the design phase I decided to change the center diamond to a smaller size/higher clarity and Ada was extremely accommodating. I could not be happier with the final product and am excited to go back to look at wedding bands. I highly recommend Ada Diamonds to anyone searching for a custom ring. The customer service, quality of diamonds and the overall experience are unparalleled.
